We are working with a top tier investment bank who are looking to add to their QIS Structuring team

They are looking for a candidate with a strong track record in the full lifecycle of Cross Asset Quant Investment Strategies structuring. This team is uniquely positioned in the market leading to this being an opportunity with exceptional forward potential.

The QIS team is truly centralised and cross asset with an excellent institutional client coverage. This position will be holistic in working across the deal lifecycle, getting involved in from pitching solutions to clients (internal and external) through to customising strategies and creating the indices and ensuring all documentation is complete. We are looking for a candidate who combines technical thoroughness with commercial acumen. In depth knowledge of constructing indices around cross asset risk premia is particularly relevant. Separately, the client are looking to hire people from a fixed income (Rates/FX) background too - so please get in touch if this might suit you more.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating Quantitative Investment Solutions based on Cross Asset Risk Premia Strategies.
  • Constructing indices and making them tradable via appropriate derivative instruments
  • Pitching solutions to internal and external clients
  • Working in collaboration with trading and quant teams to optimise performance

Requirements:

  • 5 years+ in a cross asset Risk Premia / QIS Structuring role
  • A developed applied understanding of derivative products
  • Deep technical knowledge in index creation and associated legal documentation
  • A strong educational background, including a Master's Degree from a top university in a relevant subject (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance)
  • Strong coding abilities would be a plus
  • The ability to speak multiple European languages would also be advantageous
